A MODERN GATHERING HOUSE

Our goal with GAARDEN is not to create a new restaurant in the classic sense, but rather a cozy and modern "Restaurant-gathering house." GAARDEN should be a place where people want to meet friends, go on a date with their partner, or take their children on a busy day and simply have a good time with good food and drinks. For example, GAARDEN's "Social Dining" menu, where 8 servings are shared by the whole table. The menu offers good and substantial food with lots of flavor, prepared with the best Danish ingredients of the season.

GAARDEN should be the place where you can drop in for a cup of coffee and a piece of cake, a draft beer after work or a cozy dinner with everything. At the same time, GAARDEN will also be an ideal frame for, for example, round birthdays and other celebrations.

From February 22nd, the kitchen will be open from Tuesday to Saturday from 5:00 PM and later we will expand with a lunch menu. However, we are already now opening the restaurant from 12:00 PM so you can enjoy snacks, good coffee, beautiful cakes, and other sweet treats throughout the day. It should be the place you want to take your children on a Tuesday, your friends in town on a Friday night, and your whole family on a Saturday.

Our wish is that GAARDEN can become a gathering point across generations, and it would be fantastic if the restaurant could support the strong communities that already characterize Hvidovre. We hope so, and that's why we're also going to fill GAARDEN's rooms with a lot of exciting events: Long table dinners, lectures, and exciting food evenings with impressions and atmosphere from widely different food cultures.
