RESTAURANT DOLORES
DOLORES represents the newest global citizen of Carlsberg Byen, utilizing the entire world as a gastronomic playground.
In our kitchen, we operate under one doctrine - the ingredients must be exceptional!
Many of these ingredients are sourced from Denmark, but we also borrow from the shelves of Spain, Italy, and other places when we encounter outstanding products deserving of a place on our menu.
On our evening menu, you'll find shareable comfort food such as Korean fried chicken and glazed shiitake mushrooms. On the grill, we delicately cook sustainably caught Danish fish and dry-aged pork chops. We also give prominence to vegetables with dishes like pan-fried eggplant with pistachio and harissa, fried cauliflower with vadouvan, and grilled peppers with almond vinaigrette.
We've drawn inspiration from various corners of the world, but perhaps most significantly from San Francisco's vibrant Mission District, after which we've named our restaurant. Dolores in San Francisco is a true melting pot of food cultures, and now you can also encounter them in Carlsberg Byen.
